Founded in 1982, MEAN WELL is one of the world's few manufacturers dedicated to standard power supply products. It is ranked the 4th in global power supply (DC output) makers according to a report by Micro Technology released in March, 2022. 99% of MEAN WELL sales are of standard power supply products sold under the MEAN WELL brand name.

With their wide range of products, including AC/DC power supplies, DC/DC converters, DC/AC inverters, LED drivers, and chargers, MEAN WELL covers all major fields of application in industry, IT, automation, LED lighting, medical engineering and households. Today, at its advanced production sites in Taiwan and China, MEAN WELL produces more than 9,500 different models in 900 series. In 2017, their production capacity totalled 65 million units. With state-of-the-art automated assembly lines, the new facility has a production capacity of 100 million units per year, while production sites in the United States and EU offer additional support. All of MEAN WELL's factories are ISO9001:2015 certified, guaranteeing consistently high quality.

Mean Well DIN-Rail Power Supplies

These low-cost, high-reliability DIN-Rail power supplies have a universal AC input range, a soft-start circuit and cooling by free air convection. They are short-circuit, overload and overvoltage protected and feature a 100% full-load burn-in test. All of the Mean Well DIN-Rail series can be installed on the industrial rail TS35 / 7.5 or 15. These can be used for building automation and control of household appliances.
